Find your home, or home away from home.

One of the many things that makes Serenbe special is the visual aesthetic of the community. Each of our move in-ready properties is unique yet contributes to the gorgeous, cohesive look of each neighborhood. Choose from new builds, re-sells, and specs that are still under construction, giving you the opportunity to choose the final details.

Create your dream home.

The word "groundbreaking" means to pioneer. To innovate. To start something no one has seen before. When you buy a lot at Serenbe, the groundbreaking on your future home embodies every sense of the word. Work with one of our builders or BYOB—that’s Bring Your Own Builder—to create a home that matches the feel and flow of your life.

Commitment to the community comes in many forms. We offer short and long-term leases ranging from one-bedroom lofts and townhouses to larger homes. What is Serenbe?

Serenbe is an award winning biophilic community that connects people to nature and each other.

Each of Serenbe’s hamlets have complementary commercial centers focused on the elements of a well-lived life: arts for inspiration, agriculture for nourishment, health for wellbeing, play for a joy-filled life, and education for awareness.

Fresh food is another of Serenbe’s natural assets, with a 25-acre organic farm, seasonal Saturday Farmer’s Market, thriving CSA program and edible landscaping, including blueberry bushes along paths and sidewalks.

Year-round cultural events include outdoor performances from Terminus Modern Ballet, regional theatre, film series, culinary workshops and festivals, music events, and lectures, boutique shopping, art galleries, wellness services and trail riding, plus visiting artists in residence with classes, dinners and talks.

Serenbe is a place you can enjoy for a meal or a weekend, or call home for a lifetime.

Model Homes

The best reason to live here is the life here.

Serenbe homes have been covered in local and national publications and the community has hosted many designer showhomes since its founding. The Cooking Light Healthy House was followed by the HGTV Green Home. We then partnered with Ballard Designs on the Bosch Net Zero Home, which won a Department Of Energy Zero Energy Award for Proud Green Home. Organic Life magazine built a home, as did Naturally, Danny Seo magazine, and Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams was featured in a ‘Small is Beautiful’ Cottage. Serenbe homes have also been on the Atlanta Design Festival MA! Architecture Tour, and we’ve hosted the annual Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse since 2014.

Two furnished models are currently available to tour. One is built by 1023 Construction and a second model from Brightwater Homes. Both are in the Mado hamlet and are open on Saturdays or by appointment, sign up today.
